We are currently seeking a Fundraising Chairperson and a Spirit Wear Chairperson to support our organization. If you are interested in either role, please contact us for additional information. We would greatly appreciate your involvement and leadership.
Fundraising is vital to our organization. It sustains booster operations, supports the growth and development of our school’s athletic programs, strengthens community engagement, increases awareness of our teams, and allows us to celebrate our athletes’ achievements. We continually seek sponsorships and greater community involvement to support our program. Through our fundraising efforts, we help bridge the gap between the school’s allocated budget and the ongoing needs of our student-athletes.
Fundraising Chair:
This position is currently vacant. The Fundraising Chair is responsible for updating and maintaining our sponsorship program, cultivating relationships with current sponsors, and engaging prospective sponsors to secure annual donations in support of the booster organization.
Spirit wear is not only a significant fundraiser for our organization, but it also fosters school pride and visible support for OPHS, our athletic teams, and our student-athletes. Additional volunteers are always appreciated—especially during large events where Spirit Wear sales are a central attraction. Please contact us if you are interested in getting involved.
Spirit Wear Chair:
This position is currently vacant. The Spirit Wear Chair is responsible for managing inventory, coordinating the purchase of merchandise, and working closely with Board Members to organize and oversee spirit wear sales.
Concessions play an integral role in our fundraising efforts and contribute significantly to creating a positive experience for our fans. Volunteering is simple and manageable—parents can assist by working the concession stand for just one hour before or after their student-athlete’s game. It is also a great opportunity to connect with other families and be part of a fun, social environment.
We are consistently in need of concession volunteers, both students and adults. Students have the added benefit of earning verifiable volunteer service hours.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Barbie Peterson, OPHS parent, for stepping up to lead our concessions efforts. Barbie coordinates with Board Members and concession volunteers to ensure that our concession stands are properly staffed and fully stocked for each event.
